Shipping information
All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: if you place an order after 12pm on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
First thing you can do is track your order! It will be able to tell you where your order is if it hasn’t arrived yet. We do our absolute best to meet all delivery deadlines. However, sometimes things can run a little slower than usual. If this doesn’t provide you with the information you require please fill out the customer services contact form and they will be in touch as soon as they can!
Don’t forget to check your junk folder. Emails can get caught up in there. If you still can’t find it then you can log into your account and check order history and you will be able to see all details of your orders. If you require the email confirmation to be re-sent then please contact our customer services team or contact us on [number].
Payment information
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal Account to pack for an item. Simply choose, “Pay with a card” during checkout. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards.
Orders and returns
At the moment, our products are made in some countries in Africa and in Europe.
If you have received your order confirmation from us, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order and you will need to return the items back to us. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team via our contact form and they will assist you in canceling your order. However, the payment will not appear back in your available balance straight away and can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account. A cancellation email will be sent to you to confirm this has been processed.
If you don’t love our products, for any reason, we’ll take them back within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
Please Note:
The items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, any used or damaged items are not returnable.
The return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
